Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG4V 4 0131C M U G5 10 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 115 litres per minute. With a solenoid rated at 30 watts and Buna-N seals, it is well suited to sustained duty across a wide range of industrial environments.
Mounting follows industry-standard surface patterns, allowing straightforward integration into existing hydraulic systems. Application coverage spans die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore installations, press machinery, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems, including wind, steam, and water turbines. The valve is part of the Vickers DG4V-4 series, which offers a broad model range to address varied circuit and performance requirements.

Reckon this'll swap right in where a DG4V 4 012A is at?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 6, 2025, 8:40 AM
Designed for straightforward integration, the valve follows industry-standard surface mounting patterns, so it should be a direct replacement in most systems.
Question by: Cindy K on Apr 18, 2025, 2:49 PM
Flow rate on this one says 115 litres per minute, that enough to run press machinery without the valve becoming a bottleneck?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 20, 2025, 9:31 AM
For press applications, 115 litres per minute gives you solid headroom in most configurations. The DG4V-4 series is explicitly listed for press machinery use, so the flow capacity aligns with what those circuits typically demand. As long as your system is sized around that ceiling and you're not pushing past it, the valve won't be your limiting factor.
