Question by: Tony C on Dec 12, 2025, 2:09 PM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute -- that enough to handle a heavy press application without choking out?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 14, 2025, 6:12 AM
For press applications, 700 liters per minute is a substantial capacity. That kind of throughput is well within what large press systems typically demand, and this valve is specifically listed as suitable for press use. You'd be in solid shape running it in that environment.

Hey, I'm looking for a valve for a die casting machine. Would this Vickers work alright for that kinda application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 8, 2025, 6:29 AM
This valve is definitely suitable for die casting and foundry applications, along with machine tools, presses, and even marine/offshore uses.
