Question by: Sheila W on Sep 23, 2025, 3:49 PM
How about using this in a marine hydraulic system, any reason it wouldn't be suitable?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 25, 2025, 1:29 PM
Designed for marine and offshore applications, this Vickers valve should be a good fit for your hydraulic system assuming the flow rate and other specs align with your needs.
Question by: Jean J on Sep 18, 2025, 5:45 PM
flow rate on this unit is listed at 115 liters per minute -- is that enough for press and die casting work or is it cutting it close for those applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 20, 2025, 6:43 AM
For die casting and press applications, 115 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Both of those environments show up as supported applications for this valve, so it's built with those flow demands in mind. Whether it's enough for your specific setup comes down to your system's actual flow requirements, but the rating puts it well within range for most industrial press and die casting circuits.
