Designed for demanding industrial environments, the VICKERS-F6-DG4V4-012A-M-U-B-5-10 is a single-stage directional control valve from Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton, capable of handling flow rates up to 115 litres per minute. It supports three- or four-way directional control configurations and mounts on industry-standard surfaces, making it compatible with a wide range of hydraulic system layouts.
Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across typical hydraulic media, and the 30-watt solenoid rating suits standard industrial power supplies. Application coverage is broad, spanning machine tool, press, primary metal, marine/offshore, die casting and foundry, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems including wind, steam, and water. The DG4V4-01 series offers a wide model range to match varied circuit and performance requirements across these sectors.

Just confirming, this thing uses Buna-N seals, right? Wanna make sure it's gonna hold up to the fluid we're runnin'.
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 7, 2025, 7:01 AM
That's correct. This valve uses Buna-N seals, which offer good compatibility with typical hydraulic fluids.
Question by: Merle S on Dec 10, 2025, 3:35 PM
Flow rate on this one says 115 litres per minute, that enough to run a press application without starving the circuit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 12, 2025, 6:15 AM
For press applications, 115 litres per minute gives you solid headroom on most single-circuit setups. The DG4V4-01 series is explicitly listed for press use, so the valve is built with that kind of duty in mind. Just make sure your system demand doesn't push consistently at the ceiling of that flow rating, and you should be in good shape.
