what all is this pump rated for application-wise? we run conveyors and metal forming equipment and trying to figure out if one pump fits both setups

Both of those fall right in line with what the PVH098R01AJ30D250010001001AE010A is built for. The PVH Series covers conveyor lines and metal forming machines among its listed applications, along with mining machinery, injection molding, oil and gas equipment, and metal cutting machinery. So if you're running both of those use, you're not forcing this pump into territory it wasn't meant for.
