Flow rate on this thing is listed in liters per minute, anybody know what that works out to in GPM for a 4525VQ series? 99 gallons a minute seems like a lot but I want to make sure I'm reading it right before I order.

Running the conversion, 375.5 liters per minute comes out to roughly 99.2 gallons per minute. That is a high-output unit, which makes sense given the 4525VQ series is built for heavy-duty industrial work. Press machines, die casting equipment, and primary metal processing are all listed applications, so that kind of flow capacity is right in line with what those environments demand.
