flow rate on this unit is listed in liters per minute, anybody know what that works out to roughly in GPM for a V20 series pump like this?

At 88.18 liters per minute, you're looking at right around 23.3 gallons per minute. That puts it solidly in a working range for the kind of equipment this pump is built for, things like dump trucks, wheel loaders, and metal cutting machines where you need consistent flow without a lot of pulsation.
