Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Lynn H on Apr 21, 2025, 8:13 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 litres per minute -- is that gonna hold up running a press application, or is that pushing it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 23, 2025, 7:13 AM
For press applications, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity, and this valve is actually listed as suitable for press use right alongside heavier-duty environments like primary metal and die casting. The Buna-N seals hold up well across a wide range of hydraulic fluids, so compatibility with typical press circuit media shouldn't be an issue. Just make sure your system demand stays within that 80 lpm ceiling and you should be in good shape.
