VICKERS DG5V72CTMUD630

Description & Features

A two-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 380 litres per minute, the Vickers DG5V72CTMUD630 is designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits requiring reliable three- or four-way directional control. Buna-N seals provide compatibility with standard hydraulic fluids across a broad range of service conditions.

Mounting follows industry-standard surface patterns, simplifying integration into new or existing hydraulic systems. The DG5V-7 series covers a wide range of configurations, making it suited to applications across machine tool, press, marine and offshore, primary metal, die casting and foundry, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment. The 30 design designation indicates specific internal porting and performance characteristics within the series.

Question by: Troy R on Jul 1, 2025, 8:08 AM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 380 LPM -- that enough for a press application or is that pushing it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 2, 2025, 8:15 AM
For press circuits, 380 litres per minute is a solid ceiling for a valve in this class. The DG5V-7 series is actually called out for press applications specifically, so the flow capacity lines up well with that kind of work. Just make sure your system demand stays within that rated limit and you should be in good shape.
Question by: Clint E on Jul 3, 2025, 12:18 PM
Will this fit right into a standard hydraulic setup without needing a bunch of adapters?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 5, 2025, 6:29 AM
Industry-standard surface mounting makes this valve easily integrated into both new and existing hydraulic systems.
