VICKERS DG5V72A1TMUH730

Description & Features

Designed for high-flow directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG5V72A1TMUH730 is a two-stage, pilot-operated directional control valve from the DG5V-7 series. Capable of handling flow rates up to 380 litres per minute, it is well suited for applications in machine tooling, press systems, primary metal and paper processing, die casting and foundry work, marine and offshore installations, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment.

The valve supports three- or four-way directional control and mounts on industry-standard surfaces, allowing straightforward integration into existing hydraulic circuits. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across typical hydraulic media, and the 30-watt solenoid rating suits standard industrial power supplies. With no special features noted, this is a production-grade valve built for broad applicability across heavy-duty industrial sectors.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Bobby R on Jan 6, 2026, 6:58 AM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 380 LPM -- that enough to handle a heavy-duty press application or is that pushing it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 8, 2026, 6:05 AM
For press systems, 380 litres per minute is a solid ceiling. The DG5V-7 series was built with press applications in mind, so that flow capacity lines up well with what those circuits typically demand. As long as your system stays within that rated flow, you should be in good shape for production-grade press work.
Question by: Harvey H on Sep 21, 2025, 6:27 PM
If I’m hooking this up to some existing lines, are the industry-standard mounting surfaces pretty universal?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 23, 2025, 6:34 AM
For installation, this valve is designed to mount directly on industry-standard surfaces, so it should integrate easily into your existing hydraulic circuits.
