VICKERS-KBCG-3-L250D-Z-M1-2-A-PE7-H1-10-

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic applications, the VICKERS-KBCG-3-L250D-Z-M1-2-A-PE7-H1-10- is a Vickers by Danfoss proportional valve with on-board electronics (OBE), rated for a flow rate of 5 litres per minute. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a range of hydraulic media.

The integrated electronics package simplifies valve installation, reduces the likelihood of selection and configuration errors, and eliminates the need for separate driver electronics. This makes the unit well suited for applications where installation efficiency and system accuracy are priorities.

Typical deployment environments include machine tool, press, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, primary metal and paper, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control systems covering wind, steam, and water applications. The Design 10 designation identifies the specific engineering revision of this valve configuration.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Curt G on Mar 30, 2026, 6:12 PM
If I'm hooking this up in a marine environment, will the seals hold up okay against saltwater exposure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 1, 2026, 1:23 PM
With Buna-N seals, this Vickers proportional valve offers good fluid compatibility, but long-term saltwater exposure can degrade Buna-N. Regular inspection and maintenance are recommended in marine applications.
