VICKERS-DGMX1 3 PP BH S 40

Description & Features

Designed for machine tool and broader industrial applications, the Vickers DGMX1-3 PP BH S 40 is a SystemStak directional control valve engineered for stacked hydraulic circuit assemblies. Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, it supports flow rates up to 60 litres per minute and features Buna-N seals suited to a wide range of hydraulic fluids.

SystemStak construction reduces installation costs by eliminating external manifold connections, which also helps prevent external leakage and boosts resistance to fluid contamination. At 2.82 inches wide, the valve integrates efficiently into compact stacked valve assemblies across a variety of industrial machine configurations.

Question by: Denise L on Sep 25, 2025, 5:29 PM
flow rate on this one is listed at 60 LPM, that enough for most machine tool setups or is it gonna be a bottleneck in a higher-demand circuit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 26, 2025, 9:30 PM
For the majority of machine tool applications, 60 litres per minute is plenty of capacity. Most standard machine tool hydraulic circuits don't push anywhere near that ceiling during normal operation, so you'd have solid headroom. Where you might start feeling a pinch is in high-cycle or multi-actuator systems demanding sustained peak flow across the whole assembly simultaneously. Within its intended application range though, that flow rating holds up well.
