VICKERS-DGMX2-3-PB-YW-S-40

Description & Features

Designed for machine tool and broad industrial use, the VICKERS-DGMX2-3-PB-YW-S-40 is a Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton DGMX2-3 Series SystemStak directional control valve in the 40 design configuration. It handles flow rates up to 60 litres per minute and uses Buna-N seals, making it well suited for demanding hydraulic circuit environments.

As part of the SystemStak valve family, this unit is engineered to reduce installation costs by eliminating the need for additional external connections between valve stations. The stacked construction also eliminates external leakage paths and boosts resistance to contamination, practical advantages in production and machine tool settings where reliability and cleanliness are priorities. The 2.82-inch width fits within standard SystemStak mounting arrangements.

Question by: Marvin S on Jan 20, 2026, 12:18 PM
reckon this'll fit in place of my old DGMX2-3?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 22, 2026, 10:56 AM
This valve is designed to fit within standard SystemStak mounting arrangements, with a width of 2.82 inches. You'll want to double check that measurement against your existing valve.
Question by: Lance M on Apr 4, 2026, 12:47 PM
flow rate on this one says 60 litres per minute -- is that enough for most machine tool setups or is it on the lower end?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 6, 2026, 6:32 AM
For the majority of machine tool applications, 60 litres per minute is solid. Most standard machine tool hydraulic circuits don't push beyond that range in normal operation, so this valve fits right in without being a bottleneck. Where you'd start feeling the pinch is in high-cycle or high-demand systems running multiple actuators simultaneously at full flow. If your circuit stays within that 60 LPM ceiling, you're in good shape.
