Designed for demanding industrial applications, the VICKERS-KBXCG-6-W100-Z-M1-3-A-PE7-H1-10 is a proportional valve with on-board electronics (OBE) from Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton, built to support precise flow control at up to 200 litres per minute. The integrated electronics package simplifies valve installation by reducing the need for separate amplifier cards and external wiring, which also lowers the likelihood of selection and installation errors in complex hydraulic systems.
Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media. This valve is suited for use across multiple industrial sectors, including machine tool, press, die casting and foundry, primary metal and paper processing, marine and offshore, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control applications covering wind, steam, and water systems. The combination of optimized valve and electronics in a single unit contributes to a more compact, efficient installation footprint.

Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Vince S on May 30, 2025, 6:23 AM
Flow rate on this one says 200 litres per minute, is that enough for a press application or should I be looking at something bigger?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 31, 2025, 9:52 PM
For press applications, 200 litres per minute is a solid capacity and falls well within the range this valve was built for. Press is actually one of the listed application types for this unit, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't intended for. Whether that flow rate fits your specific circuit depends on your system demands, but the valve itself isn't undersized for that kind of work by any stretch.
