Rated for flows up to 40 litres per minute, the Vickers DG4V3S2CVMU1B560 is a single-stage directional control valve designed for demanding industrial hydraulic systems. It offers three- or four-way directional control and mounts on industry-standard subplate surfaces, making integration into existing circuits straightforward across a wide range of machine configurations.
Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility in typical hydraulic media. The valve is well-suited for use across a broad range of industrial sectors, including machine tool, press, primary metal, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment. The extensive model range within the DG4V-3 series accommodates varied circuit requirements without the need for custom engineering.

Question by: Debbie T on Apr 30, 2025, 3:54 PM
flow rate on this one is listed at 40 LPM -- that enough for most press or machine tool setups running standard hydraulic circuits?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 2, 2025, 6:28 AM
For a good portion of press and machine tool applications, 40 litres per minute hits the mark. It covers a solid range of standard industrial hydraulic circuits without being oversized. If your system is running moderate flow demands through a single directional valve, this fits right in. Heavy-duty high-flow circuits pushing well past that threshold would need something spec'd higher, but for typical machine tool and press work, 40 LPM is a practical, workable number.

Hey, I'm wondering if this valve here is a direct swap for the older DG4V-3 series I got on my metal press? Don't wanna redo the whole setup.
Answer by: Customer Support on May 30, 2025, 5:00 PM
For straightforward replacement, this DG4V3S2CVMU1B560 valve mounts on industry-standard subplate surfaces, so it should integrate easily into existing hydraulic circuits on your press, provided the existing valve is also a standard subplate mount.
