Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMC2-5 AT AW BT GW S 30 is a SystemStak directional control valve built to handle flow rates up to 120 litres per minute. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a range of hydraulic media, while the stacked valve design reduces installation complexity by eliminating external connections between valve bodies and minimizing external leakage paths.
Suited for environments where contamination resistance is a priority, this valve is well-matched to applications in machine tool, press, primary metal, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment. The SystemStak configuration supports compact circuit layouts and contributes to cleaner, more serviceable assemblies in space-constrained installations.

Question by: Harold P on Sep 13, 2025, 8:25 PM
Flow rate on this one says 120 litres per minute, that enough to handle a decent-sized press circuit without choking out?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 15, 2025, 8:07 AM
For most press applications, 120 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. The DGMC2-5 is rated right at that capacity, so as long as your circuit demand stays within that range, you won't be starving the system. Press work is actually one of the listed application types for this valve, so it fits right into that kind of duty without being shoehorned in.
Question by: Travis F on Jan 19, 2026, 3:06 PM
Reckon this'll fit in place of my old Vickers DGMC2-5? Seems like the dimensions are close, but wanna be sure.

Installation-wise, this SystemStak valve is designed to minimize complexity. The stacked design eliminates external connections between valve bodies, which should simplify the swap. Just double-check your space constraints against the listed 2.82-inch width to confirm a good fit.
