Got a circuit that keeps creeping over pressure and we need something we can dial in ourselves. This the kind of valve that lets you set your own max, or is it fixed from the factory?

Adjustable, not fixed. The whole point of this valve is letting you set the pressure ceiling for your hydraulic circuit rather than being locked into one value. It limits pressure to whatever maximum you need for your application, so if your system keeps spiking past where it should, this is built for exactly that kind of correction.
