Designed for machine tool and multiple industrial applications, the Vickers DGMPC-3 BAK-41 EN417 is a SystemStak directional control valve from the Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton product line. It supports flow rates up to 60 litres per minute and uses Buna-N seals, making it well suited to demanding hydraulic circuit environments.

flow rate on this valve, is 60 litres per minute the max it'll handle, or just a rated operating point?

60 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity for this valve. Running it right at the ceiling continuously isn't usually ideal for any hydraulic component, but that's the figure the product is built and tested to. For most machine tool circuits and general industrial setups, that gives you plenty of headroom to work with.
