Designed for high-flow directional control across demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG5V10S2CTMFPA5WLB10 is a two-stage, pilot-operated directional control valve capable of handling flow rates up to 700 litres per minute. It supports three- or four-way directional control and mounts on industry-standard surfaces, making it compatible with a wide range of existing hydraulic circuit configurations.
Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility in typical hydraulic media. The valve is suited for applications including die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, presses, primary metal and paper processing, marine and offshore installations, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems, whether wind, steam, or water. The breadth of compatible applications reflects the modular nature of the Vickers DG5V-10 series, which spans thousands of configurations to address varied flow, actuation, and mounting requirements.

Question by: Donna S on Jul 18, 2025, 9:11 AM
flow rate on this thing goes up to 700 LPM? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our press line without us having to throttle back
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 19, 2025, 8:16 PM
Yeah, 700 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity on this valve. For press applications specifically, that's one of the listed use cases, so it's built to handle that kind of demand. If your press line is running within that range, you shouldn't need to derate or restrict flow to compensate.

Buna-N seals are reliable with typical hydraulic media, so it should work well for your application.
