If I'm usin' this in a marine environment, will that Buna-N seal hold up alright?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 16, 2025, 6:52 AM
Buna-N seals generally handle marine environments okay, but you'll want to keep an eye on them for any signs of degradation from saltwater exposure over time. Regular checks are always a good idea.
Question by: Harvey T on Nov 5, 2025, 5:46 PM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 114 liters per minute, that enough to run a press setup without choking the system?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 7, 2025, 6:08 AM
For most press applications, 114 liters per minute gives you solid throughput without becoming a bottleneck. This valve was built with press use in mind alongside other heavy-cycle industries like primary metal production and die casting, so it handles the demand those environments put on a directional control valve. As long as your system is sized to match that flow ceiling, you should be in good shape running it on a press line.
