Question by: Harold R on Feb 12, 2026, 11:47 AM
Hey, this thing is supposed to regulate pressure, right? Can it also relieve pressure if things get too high, or do I need a separate valve for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 13, 2026, 2:27 PM
It does both. The Vickers CPF2S-10 is designed for applications requiring either adjustable pressure relief or regulation, so it'll limit the pressure in your hydraulic circuit to whatever maximum you set.
Question by: Jimmy H on Sep 16, 2025, 5:14 PM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 600 liters per minute -- that enough to handle a pretty loaded hydraulic circuit without it bogging down on pressure control?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 17, 2025, 7:35 PM
At 600 liters per minute, this valve handles high-demand hydraulic circuits without struggling to maintain pressure regulation. That's a substantial flow capacity, so most industrial circuits running heavy equipment or multi-actuator setups should stay well within that ceiling. The valve is built specifically to limit pressure to a desired maximum, so under normal operating loads it keeps things steady rather than hunting or lagging.
