VICKERS KDG4V-3-33C20N-M-U-G7-60

Description & Features

The Vickers KDG4V-3-33C20N-M-U-G7-60 proportional valve is engineered for precision in demanding industrial environments. It features direct-acting technology, offering reliable performance in applications such as die casting, marine/offshore use, and turbine control. With a flow rate of 20 liters per minute, this valve ensures optimal fluid control to meet stringent operational requirements.

Designed for versatility, the Vickers KDG4V-3 series is available in three performance levels: ultra, high, and standard, catering to a broad spectrum of application needs. The inclusion of fluorocarbon seal material enhances durability, while the plug-and-play functionality significantly reduces commissioning time. This makes it an ideal choice for machinery within the primary metal, paper, and testing industries.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Connie W on May 29, 2025, 9:35 PM
flow rate on this one is listed at 20 liters per minute -- is that enough for press and die casting work or would I need something bigger for those applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 31, 2025, 6:49 AM
For die casting and press applications, 20 liters per minute is right in line with what this valve is rated to handle. The KDG4V-3 series was built with exactly those environments in mind, so you're not pushing it outside its intended use. If your system demands higher flow, you'd want to step up to a different valve in the series, but for standard die casting and press setups running within that flow range, this one fits the bill.
