VICKERS DG4V30CMUH760EN21

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG4V30CMUH760EN21 is a single-stage directional control valve from the DG4V-3 60 Design series, now part of the Danfoss/Eaton product family. It supports three- or four-way directional control at flow rates up to 80 litres per minute, making it well suited for applications where precise flow direction management is required.

Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a range of hydraulic media, while the 30-watt solenoid rating reflects typical industrial duty requirements. The valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, facilitating straightforward integration into existing hydraulic systems. Suitable applications span a broad range of industries, including machine tool, press, primary metal, marine/offshore, die casting and foundry, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water installations.

Question by: Rusty H on Nov 29, 2025, 8:54 PM
Can this thing be mounted easily, or do I need to fab up some kind of adapter plate?

Easily mountable on industry-standard surfaces, this valve simplifies integration into existing hydraulic systems, reducing the need for custom modifications.
Question by: Stan M on Mar 23, 2026, 5:07 PM
flow rate on this one is listed at 80 litres per minute -- is that enough for a typical press or machine tool setup, or do most folks end up needing something bigger?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 25, 2026, 1:47 PM
For a good chunk of press and machine tool applications, 80 litres per minute hits the sweet spot. Those environments usually run moderate flow demands, and this valve handles that range without being oversized. If you're running a high-tonnage press with fast cycle requirements and aggressive flow demands, you'd want to verify your system's peak flow needs against that 80 LPM ceiling before committing. But for general machine tool work and a lot of press circuits, it's plenty capable.
