VICKERS-CPF3S-08-FFF-W-3S-M-FW-B5-20

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic circuits that require precise maximum pressure control, this Vickers pressure control valve handles flow rates up to 300 litres per minute and is rated at 30 watts. The VICKERS-CPF3S-08-FFF-W-3S-M-FW-B5-20 functions as an adjustable pressure relief and regulating valve, making it suitable for applications where limiting circuit pressure to a set maximum is critical to consistent performance.

Constructed with Buna-N seals for reliable fluid compatibility and moisture resistance, the valve features a plug-and-play design that simplifies installation and integration into existing hydraulic systems. Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, this is a Design 20 unit within the CPF3S-08 series, reflecting a well-established product line known for consistent engineering standards across industrial pressure control applications.

What kind of seals does this thing use?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 26, 2025, 6:52 AM
It's constructed with Buna-N seals, which should provide reliable fluid compatibility and moisture resistance.
Question by: Neal P on Nov 11, 2025, 4:19 PM
Flow rate on this one says 300 litres per minute, that enough for a mid-size industrial press circuit running pretty steady demand?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 12, 2025, 8:57 PM
For most mid-size press circuits, 300 litres per minute is a solid ceiling. That flow capacity puts it in range for demanding industrial work without being overkill on your system sizing. Keep in mind this is a pressure control valve, so its job is capping circuit pressure at whatever maximum you've set rather than regulating flow volume itself. As long as your system's flow demands fall within that 300 LPM threshold, you're well within what this valve is built to handle.
