VICKERS DG4V36CMFWLH760EN21

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG4V36CMFWLH760EN21 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute. With a 30-watt solenoid and Buna-N seals, it is well suited for continuous-duty industrial environments where reliable switching and fluid compatibility matter.

Mounting follows industry-standard surface patterns, simplifying integration into new and existing hydraulic systems. CSA approval supports deployment in certified installations. Applicable across a broad range of sectors, including machine tool, press, primary metals, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water applications, this valve covers a wide operational scope within the Vickers DG4V-3 series platform.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Dwayne P on Sep 19, 2025, 5:16 PM
Flow rate on this thing tops out at 80 litres per minute, that enough for most press or machine tool setups running continuous duty?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 21, 2025, 6:59 AM
For the majority of press and machine tool circuits, 80 litres per minute covers a solid range of operating demands. The solenoid draws 30 watts, which puts it squarely in continuous-duty territory, so it won't be struggling through long production runs. The Buna-N seals hold up well with standard hydraulic fluids, which matters in those environments where the system rarely gets a break.
Question by: Duane B on Oct 22, 2025, 9:41 PM
If I'm running this thing all day in a factory setting, will that 30-watt solenoid hold up or will it burn out on me?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 24, 2025, 7:35 AM
Designed for continuous-duty industrial environments, the 30-watt solenoid should handle all-day operation without issue.
