Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Phil C on Jan 7, 2026, 10:56 AM
What kind of applications does this valve work with? I see a bunch listed.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 9, 2026, 6:35 AM
This directional control valve handles a pretty wide range of uses, from die casting and foundry work to marine and offshore applications. It's also good for presses, primary metal, paper, test equipment, simulation, and turbine control – whether that's wind, steam, or water.
Question by: Ray D on Jan 8, 2026, 7:56 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 115 liters per minute, is that enough for press or die casting work, or is it on the lower end for those applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 9, 2026, 9:17 PM
For press and die casting use, 115 liters per minute puts this valve in solid working territory. Those applications vary a lot depending on cylinder size and cycle speed, but that flow capacity covers a wide range of mid-to-heavy industrial setups without issue. It handles three- or four-way directional control, so you've got flexibility on how the circuit is configured too.
