VICKERS DG5V8H3C1TMFTWLB10

Description & Features

Designed for high-flow directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG5V8H3C1TMFTWLB10 is a two-stage hydraulic directional control valve rated for flow up to 700 litres per minute. The valve supports both three- and four-way configurations, giving system designers flexibility across a wide range of circuit architectures.

Buna-N seals provide reliable performance across typical hydraulic fluid applications. The valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing manifold arrangements. Suitable applications span die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore installations, presses, primary metal and paper processing machinery, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems for wind, steam, and water applications.

running a press setup that needs to push serious flow through the system, we're talking high volume directional control. this valve handle up to 700 LPM or is that a peak rating that's hard to hit in practice?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 16, 2025, 8:52 AM
700 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so it's built for exactly that kind of high-volume work. Press applications are actually one of the listed use cases for this model, so you're in the right territory. The Buna-N seals hold up well with standard hydraulic fluids, and it mounts on industry-standard surfaces, which keeps the integration pretty straightforward on most press setups.
