Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V32AMUD7DS760 is a single-stage directional control valve from Eaton Vickers, engineered for three- or four-way flow control in hydraulic circuits. With a rated flow of 80 litres per minute and a solenoid wattage of 30W, it suits a broad range of medium-duty hydraulic applications.
The valve mounts directly to industry-standard D03/NG6 subplate surfaces, supporting straightforward integration into existing hydraulic systems. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across typical hydraulic media. Application coverage spans machine tools, press systems, die casting and foundry equipment, marine and offshore installations, primary metals and paper processing, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment, reflecting the versatility of the DG4V-3 series platform.

Question by: Ralph M on May 3, 2025, 7:17 AM
got a DG4V-3 valve on a press that needs swapped, is this one a single stage directional control valve?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 5, 2025, 6:27 AM
Function-wise, it’s a single stage directional control valve in the Vickers DG4V-3 60 design family, meant for three-way or four-way directional control.
Question by: Hank H on Feb 1, 2026, 7:42 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 lpm -- is that enough for press applications or is it on the lower end for that kind of work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 3, 2026, 6:06 AM
For press applications, 80 liters per minute puts this valve well within range for a good number of setups. Press systems vary quite a bit depending on cylinder bore, stroke speed, and system demand, but 80 lpm is a solid flow capacity for single-stage directional control in that environment. The DG4V-3 series is explicitly rated for press use, so the valve itself is suited to that duty. Whether your specific circuit needs more than that comes down to your actuator sizing and cycle requirements, but this is not a low-capacity valve for its class.
