Flow rate on this one listed as 80 litres per minute -- that holding up across the kind of applications they're talking about here, like press work or die casting?

For press and die casting circuits, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity for medium-duty systems. Those applications tend to run demanding cycles, and this valve is specifically listed as suitable for both.
