Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Lynn A on Jan 13, 2026, 4:24 PM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 114 liters per minute -- is that enough for a press application or would it be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 15, 2026, 4:23 PM
For press systems, 114 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate and sits well within the range most standard press circuits call for. This valve is specifically listed under press as one of its intended applications, so it's not a borderline fit. As long as your system demand stays at or under that flow capacity, you should be in good shape running it in that environment.

What kind of applications does this valve typically get used in?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 19, 2025, 1:23 PM
It's often found in demanding spots like die casting, foundries, and marine/offshore projects. It also does well in machine tools, press systems, and turbine control, to name a few.
