VICKERS KDG4V3S33C15NMUH560

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the Vickers KDG4V3S33C15NMUH560 is a direct-acting proportional valve rated at 13 litres per minute with fluorocarbon seals suited to high-cycle and chemically aggressive environments. Available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, this valve accommodates a broad range of precision control requirements without requiring a separate on-board electronics module.

Plug-and-play functionality reduces commissioning time, making it a practical choice for machine tool, press, and test equipment installations. The valve is equally at home in die casting and foundry environments, primary metal and paper processing, marine and offshore systems, and turbine control applications including wind, steam, and water turbines.

Question by: Wayne K on Sep 16, 2025, 8:04 AM
we run a press line that goes through seals pretty hard, does the KDG4V3S33C15NMUH560 hold up in that kind of environment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 17, 2025, 3:32 PM
Fluorocarbon seals are standard on this valve, which makes it a solid pick for press applications where chemical exposure and heat cycles tend to chew through lesser seal materials. Press is actually one of the listed application types for this unit, so it's built with that kind of duty in mind.
