VICKERS DG4V4012NMPBWLB510

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V4012NMPBWLB510 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 115 litres per minute. With a power draw of 30 watts and Buna-N seals, it is suited for systems requiring reliable fluid direction management across a wide range of operating conditions.

Mountable on industry-standard surfaces, this valve fits readily into existing machine configurations without custom adaptation. Its application range spans die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore installations, press machinery, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems, including wind, steam, and water turbine applications. Thousands of model variants in the DG4V series make it straightforward to match specific circuit and performance requirements.

Question by: Ronnie F on Jun 23, 2025, 10:01 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 115 LPM -- we running a press line and need to know if that's the max continuous flow or just a peak rating before it starts causing problems
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 24, 2025, 5:32 PM
115 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity for this valve. For press machinery applications, that figure represents what the valve is built to handle in service. The DG4V series is explicitly listed for press equipment use, so running it on a press line is well within its intended scope.

If I'm usin' this on some die castin' equipment, what kinda flow rate should I expect?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 23, 2025, 10:49 AM
The Vickers DG4V4012NMPBWLB510 is rated for a flow rate up to 115 liters per minute, so it should handle most die casting and foundry applications without a problem.
