Flow rate on this one is listed at 75 litres per minute, that enough for most machine tool setups, or is that on the lower end?

For the majority of machine tool applications, 75 litres per minute is right in a comfortable working range. It's not a high-flow unit, but it handles standard directional control duties without being undersized for typical industrial work. If your circuit demands are pushing past that threshold, you'd want to look at a higher-capacity model in the Vickers lineup, since there are thousands of configurations available. But for conventional machine tool circuits, this sits in a practical, usable range.
