Question by: Denise K on Nov 24, 2025, 3:48 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 liters per minute -- is that enough for a press application or would it be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 25, 2025, 5:29 PM
For press applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate and sits well within the range most press circuits call for. Vickers designed this series with press use explicitly in mind, so it's not a stretch to put it there. Whether it's cutting it close really comes down to your system demand at peak cycle, but the valve itself is rated and intended for that kind of work.
