Vickers-CS5 100C B M FTWL B5 100

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic circuits requiring precise maximum pressure management, this adjustable pressure relief and regulating valve delivers reliable performance across demanding industrial applications. The Vickers-CS5 100C B M FTWL B5 100 supports flow rates up to 454 litres per minute, making it well suited for high-volume hydraulic systems.

Buna-N seals provide resistance to common hydraulic fluids, while the moisture-resistant construction supports use in challenging environmental conditions. A plug-and-play design simplifies installation and reduces downtime during maintenance or replacement.

Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss / Eaton, this valve belongs to the CS5-10 100 series of pressure control valves, a product line recognized for consistent, field-proven performance in industrial hydraulic circuits.

Question by: Roy W on Apr 15, 2025, 10:34 AM
Flow rate on this one says 454 litres per minute, that enough to keep up with a high-volume circuit running multiple actuators at once?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 17, 2025, 6:05 AM
For high-volume hydraulic systems pushing serious flow, 454 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. Pressure control valves in this class are built to handle demanding industrial circuits, so if your system's total flow demands fall within that ceiling, you're in good shape. Just make sure your circuit is sized to match that capacity on the hydraulic connections side as well.

What kind of liquid can I run through this thing?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 26, 2026, 6:43 AM
Buna-N seals provide resistance to common hydraulic fluids, so you shouldn't have any issues there.
