got a machine tool setup that needs a directional valve, is this DG17V4-016C-H-10 a three-way or four-way deal
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 28, 2025, 5:45 PM
For function, it gives you three or four way directional control, so it fits setups that need either of those directional control styles.
Question by: Joyce F on Dec 24, 2025, 6:36 PM
What kind of environments is the DG17V4-016C-H-10 actually built for? Got one going into a pretty rough setup on a press line.
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 26, 2025, 6:55 AM
Press applications are right in its wheelhouse. This valve covers die casting, foundry work, machine tools, marine and offshore setups, primary metal and paper production, test equipment, and turbine control systems. The Buna-N seals hold up well in the kinds of conditions you'd run into on a press line, and it mounts to industry-standard surfaces so fitting it into an existing setup usually isn't a headache.
