Flow rate on this thing is listed at 300 liters per minute, that enough volume for a mid-size hydraulic circuit running continuous duty cycles?

For most mid-size hydraulic systems, 300 liters per minute is a solid ceiling. Where this valve earns its keep is in circuits where you need a reliable pressure ceiling without sacrificing throughput. If your system demand runs close to or above that figure, you'd want to size up, but for circuits operating well under that threshold, you've got plenty of headroom to work with.
