Capable of handling flow rates up to 700 litres per minute, the Vickers DG5V10S2C3MFTWLB10 is a two-stage directional control valve designed for demanding industrial hydraulic applications. This size 10 design supports both three- and four-way directional control configurations and mounts on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing hydraulic circuits.
Buna-N seals make this valve suited for use with common hydraulic fluids across a wide range of service conditions. Application coverage spans die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, presses, primary metal and paper processing machinery, marine and offshore installations, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems, including wind, steam, and water turbine applications. The breadth of compatible industries reflects the valve's adaptability across high-flow, precision-control environments.

Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Janice R on Dec 1, 2025, 4:48 PM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 litres per minute -- that handle die casting equipment alright or is that more suited for lighter duty stuff?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 2, 2025, 9:24 PM
Seven hundred litres per minute puts it well within range for die casting and foundry work. That application is actually listed as one of the primary uses for this valve, alongside presses and primary metal processing, so it's built with that kind of demand in mind. The two-stage design helps manage high-flow conditions more effectively than a single-stage valve would in those environments.
