Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the VICKERS-F6-DG4V4-012C-M-U-B-5-10 is a single-stage directional control valve from Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton, part of the DG4V4-01 series. It supports three- or four-way directional control with a flow rate of up to 115 litres per minute and a solenoid rated at 30 watts, making it well suited to high-cycle applications where consistent flow direction management is required.
Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic fluids. The valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing hydraulic circuits. Applicable across a wide range of industries, this valve is used in die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore systems, presses, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems including wind, steam, and water turbines.

Question by: Bonnie D on Dec 10, 2025, 9:28 AM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 115 litres per minute -- is that enough to handle a high-cycle press application without starving the circuit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 12, 2025, 6:18 AM
For press applications, 115 litres per minute is a solid ceiling for this valve. It handles three- or four-way directional control and the 30-watt solenoid is built for high-cycle duty, so it holds up well in press environments where the valve is switching frequently. Just make sure your circuit demand stays within that flow rate and you should be in good shape.
Question by: Bonnie R on Nov 19, 2025, 9:22 PM
Will this work in a die casting setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 21, 2025, 6:21 AM
It is commonly used in die casting and foundry equipment, along with machine tools, marine and offshore systems, presses, and other industrial applications.
