Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Sherry R on Oct 14, 2025, 8:56 PM
flow rate on this valve tops out at 115 litres per minute -- is that enough for a press application or should i be looking at something bigger?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 16, 2025, 6:09 AM
For most press setups, 115 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. The valve is listed specifically for press applications among its rated uses, so it fits right in that category. Whether it covers your exact system depends on your circuit demands, but the flow rating is genuinely suited to industrial press work and not just a marginal fit.

Reckon this valve can handle runnin' steady in a foundry environment? Seems like that kinda work would wear stuff down quick.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 10, 2025, 8:45 PM
Designed for demanding industrial applications, this Vickers valve uses durable nitrile seals and carries cULus Listed compliance for regulated environments, suggesting it's built to withstand tougher conditions like those in die casting and foundry use.
