Flow rate on this one says 80 litres per minute, is that enough to handle press and die casting work without choking down the system?

For press and die casting applications, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. Both of those environments push valves hard, and this unit is specifically listed for die casting and foundry use as well as press applications, so it's built with those demands in mind. As long as your system's actual flow requirements fall within that 80 LPM ceiling, you shouldn't run into restriction issues.
