Is this valve pretty standard when it comes to mounting or are there some quirks to watch out for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 21, 2025, 7:44 AM
This directional control valve is fairly compact, with a width of 1.8 inches, which helps when space is tight in installations.
Question by: Vince H on Feb 4, 2026, 12:34 PM
flow rate on this one is 80 LPM, but what kind of setups is it actually built for? asking cause we run a mix of press and die casting lines and trying to figure out if it fits either one
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 5, 2026, 3:34 PM
Both of those applications are right in its wheelhouse. Press use and die casting are explicitly listed as intended uses for this valve, so you're not forcing it into something it wasn't meant for. The 80 liter per minute flow rate is what Vickers spec'd it at, and the Buna-N seals hold up well in the kinds of fluid environments those lines typically run. It's a solid fit for either setting.
