A solenoid-operated directional control valve from Vickers, the DG4V32NMFPA4WLD7HL760EN476 is designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits requiring precise flow direction control at up to 80 litres per minute. Rated at 18 watts, it is suited for continuous-duty applications where reliable switching performance is required. Buna-N seals provide compatibility with standard petroleum-based hydraulic fluids.
This valve is well-suited to a broad range of industrial sectors, including machine tool, press, primary metal, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control applications covering wind, steam, and water systems. Its versatility across these environments reflects a design built for high-cycle, precision-controlled hydraulic systems.

Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Bonnie B on Mar 14, 2026, 4:52 PM
running this valve continuous in a press application, will 18 watts cause any heat buildup issues over a long shift?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 16, 2026, 11:55 AM
Continuous-duty use is exactly what this valve is built for. At 18 watts, the solenoid draw is modest enough that sustained operation across a full production shift is well within its design intent. Press applications are listed specifically as a supported use, so you're not pushing it outside its envelope.
