flow rate on this one says 95 litres per minute -- is that enough to handle a high-cycle press application without it bogging down?

For press work, 95 litres per minute is a solid flow capacity and fits right in line with what the DG4S4 series was built for. High-cycle press applications are actually listed as one of the core uses for this valve, so it's not being stretched outside its intended territory. As long as your system demand stays within that flow ceiling, you shouldn't see performance issues tied to the valve itself.
