DG4V-3S-2C207-M-FTWL-GH5-60

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the DG4V-3S-2C207-M-FTWL-GH5-60 is a single-stage directional control valve from Vickers by Danfoss Power Solutions, capable of handling flow rates up to 40 litres per minute. It supports three- or four-way directional control and mounts on industry-standard surfaces, making it a straightforward fit for a wide range of hydraulic circuits.

Buna-N seals and a 30-watt solenoid rating make this valve well suited for continuous-duty applications across sectors including machine tool, press, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, primary metal and paper, turbine control, and test equipment and simulation environments.

Question by: Harold G on Apr 10, 2025, 7:37 PM
reckon this'll hold up okay in a stamping press environment, with all the vibration and whatnot?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 12, 2025, 6:19 AM
Designed to thrive in demanding industrial settings, this directional control valve is well-suited for machinery that sees continuous vibration, such as presses and stamping equipment.
Question by: Bobby C on Mar 2, 2026, 8:55 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 40 LPM -- is that enough for a standard press circuit, or would we be pushing it for heavier tonnage applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 4, 2026, 6:17 AM
For most press circuits running moderate tonnage, 40 litres per minute is a workable flow rate. Where it gets tight is on larger cylinders with fast cycle requirements, because the valve will be near its upper limit and pressure drop across it starts to matter more. If your press is running slower strokes or smaller bore cylinders, you're well within range. Faster, higher-volume circuits may want a larger valve in the series.
