Question by: Debbie H on Nov 17, 2025, 11:33 AM
Is this valve gonna drop right in where the old Vickers valve was?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 18, 2025, 5:46 PM
This directional control valve is easily mountable on industry-standard surfaces, so you shouldn't have any trouble swapping it out with your old valve.
Question by: Donna R on Sep 12, 2025, 6:41 PM
flow rate on this thing is 40 LPM -- that enough for a die casting setup or should i be looking at something bigger?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 14, 2025, 6:18 AM
For most die casting applications, 40 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate and lines up well with what this valve is built for. Die casting and foundry work are explicitly listed among its intended applications, so you're in the right territory. Whether that ceiling meets your specific machine's demand depends on your system design, but 40 LPM is a respectable capacity for this class of directional control valve and won't be the weak link in a typical setup.
