VICKERS DG4V-3-2N-M-U-H7-60-EN636

Description & Features

A solenoid-operated directional control valve rated for flows up to 80 litres per minute, the Vickers DG4V-3-2N-M-U-H7-60-EN636 is a 4-way, 2-position valve built for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media, and the 30-watt solenoid delivers consistent switching performance in continuous-duty applications.

Suited for use across a wide range of industries, this valve is commonly applied in machine tool, press, primary metal, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, turbine control, and test and simulation systems. Its compact form factor, with a product width of 1.88 inches, makes it practical for installation in space-constrained manifold assemblies or valve stacks. Lead time is 30 days from the supplier.

Question by: Janet R on Oct 1, 2025, 7:51 PM
Can this handle continuous use on a machine tool?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 3, 2025, 4:57 PM
It's designed with a 30-watt solenoid for consistent switching in continuous-duty applications, so it should work fine on machine tool applications.
Question by: Merle D on Jun 29, 2025, 9:12 PM
flow rate on this one tops out at 80 LPM if I'm reading it right, that hold up for press applications or is it gonna be a bottleneck?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 1, 2025, 3:47 PM
For press circuits, 80 litres per minute is a solid ceiling and should handle most standard press hydraulic demands without restriction. This valve gets called out specifically for press applications, along with machine tool, die casting, and a handful of other heavy industrial uses, so it's not just rated for it on paper. The 30-watt solenoid is built for continuous-duty switching, so you're not looking at a valve that'll fall behind when the press cycle demands consistent performance.
