coil says continuous duty on it, does that mean i can run it all day without it burnin up or needing breaks?

Continuous duty means exactly that. You can run it through a full shift without needing to cycle it off to cool down. A lot of coils are only rated for intermittent use, which means they need rest periods between activations. This one is built to stay energized for extended periods, which is why it shows up in things like harvesters and refuse haulers where the hydraulic circuit may stay active for hours at a stretch.
