Flow rate on this one is listed at 115 litres per minute. that enough for a press application or should I be looking at something bigger?

For press work, 115 litres per minute is a solid flow capacity and covers a wide range of press circuits without issue. This valve is explicitly listed for press applications, so it fits right in there.
