VICKERS-DG4V 3 6A Z VM U H7 60

Description & Features

Rated for flows up to 80 litres per minute, the Vickers DG4V-3 6A Z VM U H7 60 is a single-stage directional control valve designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits. It supports three- or four-way directional control and mounts directly to industry-standard subplate surfaces, simplifying integration into existing machine assemblies.

Buna-N seals and a 30-watt solenoid make this valve well suited for continuous-duty environments. Application coverage spans a broad range of industries, including machine tool, press, primary metal, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment, reflecting the flexibility of the DG4V-3 platform across varied hydraulic system demands.

Question by: Lynn M on Jan 9, 2026, 6:23 AM
Can this handle hydraulic systems in a die casting operation, or is it more for machining?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 10, 2026, 4:56 PM
Its application coverage is pretty broad. It's definitely used in die casting and foundry work, but also in machine tool, presses, primary metal, marine/offshore, turbine control, and even test equipment. So it should fit right in.
Question by: Curt M on Dec 2, 2025, 6:26 AM
flow rate on this one tops out at 80 LPM if I'm reading it right -- that accurate for continuous industrial use?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 3, 2025, 9:45 PM
Correct, 80 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity on this valve. It runs a 30-watt solenoid with Buna-N seals, which puts it in solid shape for continuous-duty applications without a lot of fuss. That combination holds up well in environments where the valve is cycling regularly rather than just occasionally.
